Margaret Belmonte

Certified Luxury Home Specialist

A Boston native, I started in real estate immediately after college. I cut my real estate sales teeth in the exclusive Boston neighborhoods of Back Bay, Beacon Hill and the South End. Before 30, I moved up the ladder from a licensed sales person through management to be a Vice President on Beacon Hill’s prestigious Charles Street, where I co-managed 45 agents and two offices.

In 1990, my husband and I moved to Boston’s North Shore to raise our two sons. Essex County’s natural beauty, shoreline, and many lovely communities makes this area a pure pleasure to work in– introducing it to new buyers as well as assisting many sellers in finding their new homes.

I have been enthralled with real estate from the start. My passion for the industry has not diminished in more than three decades. My continued success stems from my underlying love of people and my belief in continuing education in my field. I always try to bring the latest information, trends and technology to my clients to assist them in making wise decisions.

I have earned many letters after my name: Broker, Leader, ABR, CRS, CLHMS, and BS. All demonstrate my commitment to gaining the skills and knowledge needed to bring the highest level of client care to those who entrust me with their real estate needs. This care combined with proven precision negotiating skills have led to my industry’s recognition as a high achiever and leader – which wholly benefits you – my client.

After 15 years in the RE/MAX system, I chose to join Keller Williams as a team leader and broker partner. The cohesive and comprehensive technology and systems in place at Keller Williams worldwide, combined with the collaborative work place environment and the exceptional services I choose for my clients all resonate with the vision I have for my team.

On a personal note: I love to travel, read, garden, boat, volunteer and most of all spend time with my family! I truly consider it a privilege to be part of your life. Contact me today. As we say at Keller Williams, “Let our experience open doors for you!”

As a lifelong resident of the North Shore, I have a deep appreciation for New England’s unique homes and landscapes. I came to real estate with a diverse professional background that includes home organizing, event planning, and many years heading the City of Peabody’s Recreation Department. My deep roots in the local community and passion for helping people make up the perfect recipe for success as a real estate agent!

When working with clients, my goal is to be a resource for all of your home and real estate needs — whether it’s helping you find your dream home or selling a house that no longer serves your family. In my free time, I’m most likely to be found gathering with my beautiful family around a table to eat and play cards, snuggling with my sweet doggies Tobin and Vinny, or socializing with friends. I also love to travel and learn about my Portuguese culture, and I’m a self- proclaimed foodie and health nut.

Keller Williams has been my second home for some time, and now I’m thrilled to be part of the MBA Residential Team at Keller Williams. Margaret Belmonte has been a force in the real estate world for over 30 years and I’m proud to be part of her team. I am so excited to share this journey with you!

My Danish Mom would often talk about the comfort and contentment which she felt at home. This stemmed from the concept known as Hygge and the long Danish winters they experience. Pair that with my Italian father who loved cooking and entertaining and home was always at the center of life.

After a successful 20 year career in sales and support within the financial services industry, I shifted my focus to the most important investment a person will make in their lifetime… a home. My goal is to help my clients navigate the biggest decisions in finding a place that makes them feel the comfort and contentment everyone deserves to enjoy in a home.

Growing up four miles from Boston, I feel there are few places I have traveled that offer more than this area. From mountains to beaches, world renowned universities and medical care, the Greater Boston area is a wonderful place to call home. I am a married mother with two girls and a Shihpoo puppy. For the last several years, we have called Middleton home. We love visiting local farms and the fall is the best season. Apple cider donuts abound… need I say more. I love crafting, planning parties and traveling and quite honestly am not sure what I did before Pinterest.

I look forward to helping you find your dream home.
